Terms of Service

Effective date: 21 September 2026

These Terms govern use of LYNX Marketing Ops, an internal agency operations application operated by WINMARQUE INSPIRE S.R.L. / Lynx Marketing („Lynx Marketing”, „we”, „us”). The application is available only to personnel and contractors specifically authorized by Lynx Marketing. It is not a consumer service and is not offered to the general public.

Authorized use

You may use the application only for legitimate Lynx Marketing business, within the permissions assigned to you, and in accordance with applicable law, Google policies, confidentiality obligations, and Lynx Marketing instructions. You must not share access, attempt to bypass security controls, access data without authority, interfere with the service, or use information obtained through the application for unrelated purposes.

Google Account authorization

Some functions require an authorized user to connect a Google Account through Google’s OAuth consent process. You are responsible for connecting only an account you are authorized to use and for keeping that account secure. You may revoke the application’s access at any time through Google Account third-party connections.

Read-only Gmail behavior

The dedicated Gmail workflow requests only https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly. It may read mailbox content and settings needed for the authorized internal workflow. It does not request permission to send, compose, modify, move, label, archive, or delete Gmail content. You must not treat the application as a mail-sending, mailbox-management, or backup service.

Privacy

Our handling of Google user data is described in the Google API Privacy Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms for the Google-connected workflow.

Availability and security

We use reasonable safeguards and aim to keep the application available, but access may be interrupted, restricted, changed, or withdrawn for maintenance, security, provider, legal, or operational reasons. The application is provided for internal operational use without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free availability. Authorized users must promptly report suspected account compromise, unintended access, or security incidents.

Suspension, termination, and revocation

Lynx Marketing may suspend or terminate access at any time when authorization ends, these Terms or internal policies are breached, or security, legal, or operational needs require it. On termination, you must stop using the application and any data obtained through it except where retention is authorized or legally required. Revoking Google access stops future API access but does not by itself erase records lawfully retained before revocation.

Responsibility and limitations

Authorized users are responsible for their use of the application and for decisions made from information it presents. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lynx Marketing is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from service interruption, third-party platform behavior, unauthorized use, or reliance on incomplete or delayed information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing rules and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to WINMARQUE INSPIRE S.R.L., without limiting mandatory rights or rules that apply under law. We may update these Terms when the application, provider requirements, or our practices change. Continued authorized use after notice of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
